out time is 11:00 a.m. Check in time is 2.00 PM. All prices are in US dollars per night.
Nightly room rates do not include 9% Belize Tourism Board Tax.
Rates are based on, One Bedroom/2 people, Two Bedroom/4 people, Three
bedroom/6 people. Additional persons $10 US. per night. Children up to
12-years old are free. Prices subject to change.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
POLICY:
To confirm a
reservation, a deposit of 50% of full payment is required within 72 hrs
of the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days of arrival
date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND
POLICY:
Full refund if cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival. 50% refund if
cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than
30 days prior to arrival.
A 10% handling fee on full accommodation payment will be charged for all
refunds.
No refunds for no-shows, strikes, early departures, political unrest or
Acts of God including Hurricanes.
